"SHARP"
chicago cutlery is always a good buy. walmart makes it easy and they have the top of the line items.
I have used Chicago knives for many years, they have been a pleasure to work with. They stay sharp longer and are easily touched up with a knife steel.
I didn't like the handle being so slim, therefore not a good feel when cutting big items like Turkey %26 Pork.... Nevertheless it cuts really well...
