I am 60 and i skate! Chicago skates are old skool, well balanced, and smooth! You can't go wrong with thses!
Chicago never fails to make a great professional skate. I bought a pair almost identical to these many years ago, and these are even better. Most skates of this quality sell for close to $200 and offer nothing better than Chicago. These come with Abec3 precision bearings, beautiful urethane wheels and professional 5/8 toe stops. Nothing of the same quality at a higher price can impress me. I have been skating since I was 8 years old and I'm nearly 52 now, so if I don't know my skates by now, nobody does!
Fit perfectly for my 6'4 son 😂 he wears size 13! They are good quality for the price. And I love that the lining is leather.
I just ordered the skates today for my grandson and he is already excited. He loves rollerskating. He has been skating since he was four years old. He is great at skating and it's one of his favorite things to do. The skates are coming tomorrow.
If you are just starting out skating, this is a great starter sk8 at a good price. I purchased this for my 13 year old son.
I'm giving these 4 stars because the quality seems to be excellent. And the sizing is perfect. I wear a size 12, ordered a size 12 and they fit well. Haven't gotten the courage to actually try them yet because I'm an old(er) guy and when I first put them on I had trouble just standing up in them. Haven't roller skated in like 60 years. I'm still debating going somewhere safe to try 'em out where's there's something to grab onto if needed. If not, I'll have to return them. I won't return them if I've tried skating in them whether they work out or not. Don't think that would be fair to Walmart.
wear long socks because the boot will scratch the back of your ankles bad, ouch ! needs breathing holes , will make your feet HOT quickly, needs more insole cushion, very heavy, I wish I did not have such big feet, 13, - I had to settle for this crap
