Absolutely love this stunning change table! The matte white is gorgeous with the little black accents. The table is very sturdy and good quality which I found shocking for being so cheap! Definitely recommend this product! It's better than some $400-$600 change tables!! Everything came in perfect condition, no damage or imperfections.
The table was quite easy to install. It is sturdy and I love the look of it. The height is perfect for changing a baby, so I have no complaints about the product.
I love the solid wood and the look of this changing table. It took about 45 minutes for my husband and I to assemble. We had one screw that didnt reach the threads of the receiver, but we were able to carve out the wood on the inside to make the inlay deeper. We got the screw to then fit no problem, and it looks just as it should. This table matches the crib perfectly! We cant wait for our baby to arrive and get to use them.
My Husband and I did some research before stumbling upon this set (crib, double dresser, 4 drawer chest, night stand and the changing table) All together the set cost us about 1,400.00 (we also purchased the toddler guard rails and full size bed rails as needed to change the crib later). The reviews were slim and not great so we were a tad hesitant, but I wanted the design and color of the set. In all 5 pieces we had no missing hardware, sometimes there were even a few extra! The crib came with an allen wrench to help assemble. I deffinatly recommend a drill (although is said not reccomented), screw driver and a smaller hammer for all the entirety of the set. There was review stating that the brands of furnature were differet... the set is Child Craft Redmond, the boxes that arrive say Sauder. Just an FYI Sauder is the maker of Child Craft Redmond (so no problem there). Another review said the colors were completely different.. I found this to be moderately accurate. The crib and changing table are open pieces of furnature and the light hits is different then the solid pieces such and the night stand, 4 drawer chest and double dresser) It has no effect on the way I felt about the set and did not make a big enough difference to make a fuss. Lastly, another review stated is was "cheaply" made. No offence, but some sets range up into the 5,000.00 dollar range, so I felt the price was accurate for the quality. Our furnature did not arrived damaged, it was wrapped protected from the rain and arrived 2 days after ordering (this is all parts which were ordered seperately). I am so glad we went with our gut and got this set (granted I don't know how it will hold up with a child yet, time will tell), it gives me pseudo rustic vibe and I am VERY happy with it!
The only reason I didnt give this a 5 star rating is that we were sent some of the wrong pieces. I contacted the company and told them which pieces we needed and they said it would ship out in 7-10 business days. We had the new parts in 4 business days! The table itself is really nice, easy to assemble (when we got all the right pieces!), and matches the crib beautifully!
We put this together last week and love the quality of the wood. The color is a beautiful rich brown (Coach Cherry) and not red at all which we were happy about. The only part I didn't love was the included changing mat. It is very thin and flexible, so it doesn't work with a changing pad sheet. It fits a standard size changing pad with a bit of extra room, so I'll probably go that route.
It was very easy to assemble. The finish is nice and smooth and has a nice color. It seems sturdy enough to handle the baby and other totes we store on it. Im a little disappointed that the bolt heads are exposed on the front as much as they are. It would be nice to have hidden fasteners. Also, the top side rails teeter totter a bit and have to be manually straightened. However, for the money, its decent.
For the price the quality is good. However shipping of all the items from child craft, both third party and from their own website, resulted in damaged products. Also, the child craft customer service is horrible. If I could go back I would find furniture locally rather than deal with this company again.
The front part came dented, then we noticed a large scratch on the bottom shelf. It wasn't a big deal but then we noticed that the shelves aren't cut properly and don't push all the way in. One of the side railings also did not line up properly and is slightly twisted when screwed in. Kind of thought for the price, we would get better quality. Walmart is also not good with large item issues and they want you to take it apart, put it back in the box, return it to the store, and wait a couple weeks for a new one which may also have the same issues. They have this same table on Wayfair. should have went that route as they discount the item (with pics), send replacement parts, or pick up the item assembled without the box. I just wanted the 5% cash back which for a damaged item is not worth what I saved.
came broken tried to reorder and they canclled it now we have the crib but not the matching changing table
