What a beautiful piece of furniture. I wasn't sure about buying furniture on-line, but I knew the Carter name and figured it would be okay. It was solid wood (no particle board), and easy to assemble. It's not too big so if you have a small room it would fit perfectly.
Very nice looking, though the color is darker than shown online. Very easy to put together, took me about an hour and I did it alone at 7 months pregnant, so not too bad at all. One of the drawers does not slide very smoothly, but overall very nice for the price. Love the top of the dresser, will fit a changing pad perfectly so no need for a separate changing table.
Dresser very sturdy, bottoms of drawers are made of particle board, but it's the thicker particle board, excellent dresser, exactly what I thought...I would recommend this to anyone
The dresser came with no damage, and was easy to put together. It looks really nice when all finished. I would definitely recommend it.
I like the dresser. It came very quick and arrived in good shape. It was easy to put together, dont let your husband try it at 10pm they tend to not follow directions then! The directions were very east to read and understand. The dresser looks great very sheek. As far as color it is pretty close to the walnut crib & Glider. Not exact but still looks great together. The drawers are a bit stiff at first but once you break them in there just fine. Plenty of space as well. Hope this helps!
i bought the matching dresser and crib without reservation because it carried the carter's brand name. moms know how durable and reliable carter's is! this dresser looks cute in the picture, but that's misleading. it's much smaller once assembled and very cheaply made. 3 out of the 4 drawers arrived scuffed and they stick... my husband said we're going to be throwing it away in a year. assembly was quick, instructions were good. i'd recommend it only if it's the only dresser you can afford, but don't think it will last very long.
