Works well for my son's allergy cough at night. Helps him sleep better, so it helps me sleep better.
Worked well! Recommended by our pediatrician and it nipped the cold quicker than anything else we tried.
I love this for me and my teenage daughter both, the allergy one works even better for cough than the cough one does somehow.
Absolutely the best tasting and working cold and allergy medicine out there for kids right now. Normally it's a big crying to do trying to get the little one to take medicine. However, the flavor of the Dimetapp is good and it's not a thick syrup so now all I have to do is tell him it's Dimetapp and he takes it without any problems or protest.
I buy this as a rule for my grandchildren, however I learned that I could also use it. There is no similar product for adults and it works ideally for me.
I Like this children Dimetapp because it is mild on an adult with hypertension. It does not make my blood pressure go up. Also it works great for my allergies.
It was for my Dad who has dementia and has trouble with pills. My kids always have taken this when sick so I tried it on my Dad, It helped alot.
I have read many articles lately about the FDA pulling the active ingredient in this medicine because it does not work. That is a load of horse poo. This stuff clears up a runny nose and it does it pretty darn quick.
This was recommended by our allergist. It's the best, but I ABSOLUTELY hate that it has red 40 in it —so we use it much more sparingly now .
My children HATE taking medicine. However, this grape flavor seems to be one of the tolerable ones for them. It is helpful, as most of the time their stuffiness is related to allergies.
