I didn't actually taste it because it was for my daughter but it smelled pretty good. we noticed it helped her to not cough as much. I would buy again.
I received Dimetapp Cough and Cold for free from Smiley360. Even though I am not a kid, I had to use it the other night when there wasn't any cough medicine in the house. I thought it was going to taste awful. I actually can honestly say that is the best grape medicine I have ever had. It wasn't super thick or overly sweet. And it had a hint of menthol which really soothed my throat. Best of all, it actually worked! I was able to sleep through the night and only woke up once, which is fairly unusual for me. I would definitely recommend this to a friend!
I got this medicine in hoping to help my daughter with a constant cough that doctors wouldn't do anything about. I feel like it helped her sleep but that's pretty much it, but she had a constant cough that she needed a steroid for so I think if it weren't for needing that it would have done the job. But I'll definitely keep buying because it seemed to do more than any other brand I've bought.
I love this over the counter medicine because is easy to give to kids there flavor is tasty and sweet it takes out the smell of medicine and what is best it helps your kids to feel better, What I like more is that specialize in bigger kids so it has more stronger medicine. My son had a stuffy nose and was coughing at night so I give him a dose of Dimetapp and it help him out to sleep this medicine is great to make kids feel great and moms to have a night rest.
This helps with my 9 and 6 year olds. Whether it’s allergies or head or chest colds. The cough , nasal congestion and chest congestion is gone. As well as runny nose, sore throat and aches and pains. Because of the great flavor they take this medicine willingly - which is so hard to come by.
This is my go-to medicine to help my kid stop coughing. They don't mind the taste at all and it makes a noticeable difference. Great for letting kids sleep if the coughing is keeping them awake.
I have tried everything under the sun and Over the Counter for my babygirls colds and at times the flu. Dimetapp works, really! We even sleep at night
its ok itf your child has a milk cough or cold. if they have a beginnings of cold it could nip it in the bud but for stronger cough and cold its not good for that
I bought this children's Dimetapp because of the five star reviews. Unfortunately this medication is useless. My daughter's continued to cough all day and night long. I had better luck buying Walmart brand night time formula allergy and antihistamine. At least my kid's were able to fall asleep and get a break from coughing for a couple of hours.
