This medicine relieves her coughing and nasal congestant so she can sleep peacefully all night! She recently had a cold that entailed a cough, sneezing and drainage. We reached for Dimetapp to help her out. She never complains of the taste or consistency of the medicine. She takes it with no qualms which is a timesaver in our house. We have used other brands and it takes forever for her to take it if she does. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this brand I received it for you in the mail for my sponsored groups I actually needed a week after I got it in the mail my daughter was sick runny nose coughing all night non-stop couldn't sleep it was horrible I remembered I got the medicine I gave it to her after two whole nights without it we got a full night's rest I'm like offering medicines this medicine you can actually skip doses because you forget they need it because they're feeling better and they actually works b off brand medications I noticed that you have to continuously give it to him every so many hours because it's not really working to complete capacity as it should and that's why it's cheaper I would rather spend the extra $2 and have a medicine last longer because you're not constantly giving it to her and my child isn't getting all that medication in her body the last medication in her body the better
My kids LOVE this medicine. It taste great and hides the medicine aftertaste so my kids have no problem taking it when they are sick. I see improvement in them after taking the first dose and it helps relieve their symptoms so they can sleep peacefully. The price on the product is very comparable to others and there are many versions of Dimetapp childrens if you did not need the nighttime version for your children

I have to say as far a the effectiveness it is worth buying... The taste is a different story... I'll just say, hold ur nose while u swallow and have a drink ready.... If your kids are ok with that.
