My kid said it help with gas and pain ( after 20 minutes of taking the medicine). My kid also said the medicine tasted like the cherry candy which is good.

She said they had the best flavor out of all that she's tried and weren't chalky. The cute packaging with the dinosaur helps too, it made her want to take them when previously she hated taking anything. She said she felt less full and the feeling of needing to "toot" but couldn't was over and she could successfully pass gas. I'd recommend this to anyone with kiddos that have upset tummies and need a little help! The ingredients are great and include simethicone for antigas and calcium carbonate for antacid.

The packaging is child resistant which gives me peace of mind as a parent of 3 young children. The smell is definitely cherry, as is the taste. My child did complain of a medicinal after taste. The pill was not gritty as some children's chewable pills can be - a relief for my child with sensitivities to textures. I noticed that within about 15 minutes my child was already experiencing a relief from symptoms, including less stomach bloating and complaining of feeling bad. I love that this bottle covers a wide age range 2-11, so I only have to buy one container of medicine to serve all three of my children. This product is definitely something that I'll be keeping stocked in my medicine cabinet.
