We bought two units. One unit seems to work fine “see more details below”; the other wouldn't turn on. We scheduled a call for service. Enter Dawn, the customer rep, who clearly missed her calling as a professional grump. Empathy and friendliness? Not on her menu. Fast forward a month, and guess what? Still no replacement unit. My wife's unit works, but it has a unique feature: no matter what temperature she sets, it transforms her into a human popsicle overnight. The product that is supposed to help you sleep through the night actually wakes you up from freezing. Spending this much money for such spectacularly terrible customer service is mind-blowing. We might have kept it, but with this many problems now, I dread to think what kind of circus we'd be in for down the road.
