the quality is the best out of the chlorellas I have tried, a bit more expensive. but I feel it's worth it. the tablets break easily in the mouth and there is hardly a taste to them. If you have too many in the beginning, you can feel a little queezy, might be because of the detoxifying effect. overall great product.
I am working this into my daily regimen. cleaning from the inside. better blood oxygen levels = cleaner blood . less bacteria growth = less body odor. detox the body cleanse the blood maintain healthy ph and symbiotic balance in your gut
