Easy to use, the taste is not that great, but I mix this with a higher brand chocolate. This melts easily, but also hardens very nicely and sets well. It's my go to chocolate now.
Good tasting and easy to use. I prefer it over to the ither chocolate melts. been using this brand for 3 years now
I've been on a search to find the right chocolate for my cake pops and this chocolate melts are the best choice. It's easier to use.
Used on the sides of a mickey cake I made. Worked well!
I love using this chocolate for my baking and candy making. But it's becoming impossible to find at Walmart.
I use this a lot more n cakes make homemade candy with this and it comes out just right too
This product is much better than Wilton chocoIate. It thins well with very little added shortning. It also stays melted for longer. The white chocolate is great as well
awesome melts. i like to make cake pops and this is by far the best option, it stays melted without reheating and reheating. tastes amazing as well.
The chocolate was old - the wafers were melted not just together but into one solid mass - it was unusable.
They taste good but when it hardens it discolors unlike Wilton and looks terrible. I've never had to temper Wilton melts and the directions on the bag doesn't say you have to temper these but it appears that you do. Photos...... Left: Wilton Right: Chocomaker
