Excellent little device. The sound and sound with vibrate settings are great. Easy to use. The only annoyance is the clip, but we've figured it out now: put the clip onto the shirt and then clip the chummie receiver into the clip, placing the sides of the clip into the little "slots" on the side of the receiver. Once you run out ofthe stickers to attach the sensor to the outside of the undiest, just get a roll of medical/first aid tape and use that. As to it's effectiveness, it will vary child to child, but this rouses our super deep sleeper enough that they're generally dry, even if they roll over ans go back to sleep.
My daughter used the chummie elite bedwetting alarm. Being a deep-sleeper this product was perfect for her as it used to automatically rotate between tones. The soft silicone sensor made it extremely comfortable to sleep with. Had I know about this product earlier, I would have purchased it years ago. If you have a son or daughter, chummie elite should stop their bedwetting forever.
Great product. I also wanted to share my very positive customer service experience. I bought this alarm for my son. The sensor didn't seem to be detecting liquid so I wrote a comment on the manufacturer's website on a weekend and a rep called me the following day. I just wanted to make sure I was connecting it correctly. He was extremely helpful and without me even asking, mailed me a new sensor free of charge... Even knowing mine was over a year old and well beyond the listed warranty!! He said it should last longer than that and he also gave me some very helpful tips that should improve my son's bed wetting. This was beyond my expectations! I would definitely recommend this product!! They don't just want to sell products, they want to see parents succeed.

Great item that had a very quick success with our 9 year old. It's a little challenging to clip onto the shirt but for such a minor issue it was well worth it. The alarm consistently woke up my child which allowed for retraining sleep habits. I used this in concurrence with a bathroom stool (aka Squatty Potty) to deal with the suspected source of my child's enuresis as well. Highly recommend.
Finally got my 6 year old to wake up at night to pee. New pediatrician recommended it. I wish I had known about this years ago. I could have saved a fortune in nighttime diapers.
I was a little surprised when my doctor asked me to try this product for my 7 year old who kept bed wetting. My son wears this at night and finds it very comfortable. He was trained within 1 month of using the alarm. Within just 2 weeks he was waking up on his own without the system telling him to wake up. Its now been three months since being trained with the alarm. No more pull ups and finally better sleep for everyone, thanks to the chummie elite alarm.
The Chummie did wake my son when he was wet, but the alarm also went off when he was dry. In fact, the last time night I tried to use it, the alarm wouldn't stop going off as soon as I put it on him. I had to return the item and will try another brand.
Even when we used double the tape and put the device between two pair of tight underwear, the sensor portion kept slipping off and out of place, therefore not registering when my son wet. In addition, the cord sometimes came loose from the alarm, turning the device off. We really wanted this device to work and tried everything but in the end, had to throw in the towel.
