I love it! The quality of a Citizen with the perks of a sports-bluetooth type of watch. I like to keep track of my health (sleep, steps, heartbeat, etc.), but don't really like to wear those flat screen-only watches all day. I found this to be the perfect balance. Batery life is a plus!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautifully designed watch that fits perfectly with my everyday life. It's easy to use and understand and with the Citizen app it's even easier to adjust the watch to what fits you best. It offers a long battery life of 15 days which is pretty cool. The strap fits comfortably and the stainless steel case does not feel heavy when wearing the watch. This is an amazing watch that is worth giving a try.

This watch is a good option for those who likes traditional looking watches but needs to be connected and receive notifications, track heart beats, etc. In the beginning I doubt it was a smart phone until I connected and start receiving notifications.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is so nice. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I like how I am able to hook it to my phone to be able to track my steps,heartbeat,calories, and how far you walk. Sleep and more. This watch watch was easy to hook to my phone. It only took about an hour to full charge. And the battery has lasted me. 2 weeks and still haven't had to charge it. So I would say compared to other brands this has a very good battery quality. The band is made out of a flexible silicone and doesn't pinch or irritate my arm. To clean the back you can take a damp wet rag and wipe it. I wish this was waterproof instead of only being water resistant. But other than that this is a very nice watch to own.
I love the look of the watch and the feel. For me the big issue is keeping the watch connected to the app on my phone. That being said, I will continue to wear it but will be going back to my Fitbit for tracking purposes.
It does a great job tracking my sleep, steps and other functions. I only wish it had a color screen but I know that would deplete the battery which is now lasting almost two weeks.
I am usually a big fan of Citizen watches. I love their Eco Drive technology and the look & feel of their watches. But I was very disappointed with the smart watch I recently recieved. I sent it back. The data display is hard to read ( tiny and poorly illuminated. To get steps and pulse readout was a multi step process ( My Fitbit showed this info instantly). Sorry Citizen, still love my Eco Drive watches but not this poorly designed smart watch.
Within 2 hours it had connected and disconnected a dozen times. The backlight is too dim and since there are only 4 lights and they case a striped pattern it si actually harder to read with the light on. The settings are far from intuitive. I am 66 years old have have had smartwatches for 7 years and have had a hybrid (ZeTime by MyKronoz) for 4 years so I am familiar with these watches and this one is difficult to use and would not stay connected to my Samsung S10e.
This watch was very disappointing. The display is small and hard to read. Top that with limited function. Reminds me of what a watch from 20 years ago technology would be. And i love citizen watches ..
