This supplement works good for calcium deficiency. Have used it for years would not use any other.
As calcium citrate absorbs better than calcium carbonate so I like that Walmart carries it. Maybe in future Walmart will get a bigger sizes of it at a even a better price.
Easy to swallow! Doctor recommended for people on acid reflux meds.

The pill is too big to swallow and not easy to chew. They should be a smaller size even if it requires taking swallowing three or four.
I can't understand how quality control would allow this container to be shipped out to a buyer. The container is damaged. However, the broken container arrived very quickly. That's why I gave it 2 stars.
These pills are huge and you have to take 2 of them, twice per day, thats 4 pills total! So your "180" pills only gets you 45 days since you have to take 4 of them per day. Switch to the Viactiv Milk chocolate Calcium chews. They taste amazing and even though you only need two per day to get your total calcium, you'll want more! Plus, they are $10 for 100 chews, and since you need 2 chews per day, thats $10 for 50 days of vitamins. Way better deal than these Citracal calcium pills which are $15 for 45 days.
Normally take slow release Citracal, but without looking at back label, bought this product. They are large and that is what makes the direction to take four, yes FOUR per day, seem wrong. -The main problem with our use is the fact that I CANNOT crush for tube feeding. They are SO HARD I honestly feel like I need a hammer! Large metal mortar/pestle was NOT the right tool!
