Good taste and really helps!

Have used this for years, keeps you “regular” without gas/discomfort (like many stimulant laxatives and some other natural fiber laxatives can). Recommend the powdered mix form, I didn't have same results with the Citrucel capsules.
It's a very good gentle experience. I recommend it. Mayo Clinic says, "Citrucel (methylcellulose) is mainly insoluble fibers that are nonfermentable, so it's less likely to contribute to bloating and gas than some of the other products which are rich in both soluble and insoluble fiber. Generally, fiber supplements with mainly insoluble fiber may be a better option for constipation."
When I talked to my doctor about Metamucil making me feel bloated, he suggested the Citrucel. It works just as well and doesn't give me that awful bloated feeling.
Recommended by my gastroenterologist. This mixes easily, tastes great, is easy to drink and really works!
Dr recommended 3 times a day for diverticulitis. This brand, not anything else. Others are too harsh on your system, cause cramping. Citrucel doesn't. It tastes good too.
Works great, tastes ok but is hard to choke down sometimes. Walmart has it at a great price! Problem is it's getting harder and harder to get lately. No stores have it, can't get it online.
I think that by now most people already know that Citrucel works and is gentle on your digestive system. So I won't belabor about it anymore. But I am impressed with how speedy the product is delivered to my door given that this is holiday season -- I ordered it right after Thanksgiving, and in 3 days, it is on my door step.
The product works well for me without excessive gas. The price is higher than I expected.
