When I first started using this product I used it twice a day or more and within a week I saw significant improvements; however, I got lazy and started only using it once a day or sometimes skipping days, so I never got rid of all my blackheads. I can say this though: since I started using the product, my blackheads have gotten significantly less noticeable (they're much smaller and there's less of them) and the rest of my pimples seem to have entirely disappeared (well, occasionally I still have a flare-up if I forget to use it for too many days in a row). When I went on a trip to Italy, I (foolishly) left my scrub behind and switched to a travel size morning burst scrub, which had no real medication in it. My skin slowly got worse and I ended up borrowing my roommate's dual action moisturizer to help fix it. Then I continued my travels without her, and my face began breaking out, my blackheads returned full force, and I desperately scrubbed my skin raw with the morning burst facial scrub. When I finally got home, I got back to my normal schedule of scrubbing once a day with my blackhead eraser (and still occasionally forgetting) and my skin is more-or-less back to what it was before the trip. The lesson: don't forget your scrub.
I've been using this product for awhile now and it's worked since day 1! I've tried other products and similar ones made my face even more oily and worsened the problem! This made my face feel clean everyday! It may not smell the best, but it's so worth it because it works so well! I had problem areas of blackheads on my nose, cheeks and chin. They are almost completely gone and what is left is barely noticeable. I love this stuff.
If you wait for the results you will see them it just takes time I used this for 6 months and its been working just fine for my sensitive skin. Its very gentle, feels good on my face, easy to use, and does work. 100% recommend this product.
This scrub has a nice smell to it. The blackhead scrub doesn't actually help you get out your blackhead but it makes the blackhead look lighter and after a few weeks of using it,you can squeeze it out. Make sure you open up your pores by having steam or use warm water on your towel and put it on your face for 10 minutes.
I have been using this product since I was 16 years old when I started developing acne. After 30 years, I continue to use it and am 100% satisfied. This remedy helps with blackheads. This is first of all a scrub that cleanses the skin of the face very well before delivering another review product such as masks or moisturizers or cream. I believe that it performs the function very well because the pores after it are open on the face and the face is clean.
I havn't got acne but apparently blackheads are the first signs of it coming. I got seriously worried because I have TONS of blackheads. I used it once a day for a week with a steam facial beforehand and its worked really well!! I can see about five blackheads on my face now!! It has a really nice almost cucumber smell (that isn't the fake stuff) and if you don't mind me asking, what are the small blue dots in it ? Thank you x
Leaves my face feeling very soft, noticed a small difference in black heads But when im scrubbing it stings/burns the sides of my nose and im not sure why?! It doesnt burn anywhere else on my face just there Due to the burning i probably wouldnt recemend it...............
This scrub was a letdown. I didn't notice any difference after using it. My face didn't feel cleansed afterward. I won't be purchasing it again.
I'm really disappointed that my blackheads have not gone away. I have really oily skin and my pimples have gone away from using witch hazel. All i needed was something to clear my blackheads from my nose and cheek. I'm hoping that maybe if i use it for a little while longer that i might finally see the results.
I have about a million blackheads on my nose and this did nothing! If anything it made it worse! I saw blackheads popping up in new spots and my nose got even more oily! I have been using this twice a day (morning and night) and leaving it on there for a few minutes but still this product just does not work! I am never going to use this product again and even with just basic body gel, I had less blackheads.
