This is one of my favorite cleansers for the morning time. Makes my face feel a little bit more hyped I don't even know how to explain it and refreshed. It helps boost me up in morning for sure and I can find in most stores for a great price.
I have used this product for many many years, and really dislike the new packaging. It is VERY hard to open and VERY hard to squeeze out the cleanser. Please go back to the pump bottle, I am hoping to not have to find a new product as I really love this one!
Don't notice a difference w the new formula yet, but I'm not into change. Especially the new bottle with no pump! Bring back the pump. Current hole not even big enough to squeeze out easily. If I don't see a change back, I'm going to find a new product. Been using for 27years! Bring back the pump! Bring back the pump!
The new formula is fine, it's the bottle that gets on my nerves. I wouldn't normally comment on a product but I MUST have the pump back! It was so irritating to have to fight physically with the bottle. I tried to put a similar.pump on the bottle with no luck.
There new formula for the Morning Burst face wash is terrible. Bring back the old one! I have been using this stuff for 10+ years because it was the best fit my face and left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The new formula makes my skin feel like it wasn't washed at all, and makes it more oil if anything!!! It also makes my face breakout. Unfortunately, I won't be buying your products anymore.
I don't like the "new and improved" formula at all! I don't care for the odor. I didn't feel any "burst". The color is "off". There are very few beads. And it feels for lack of a better word "weird". I also really liked the pump feature before. Now I have to pick the bottle up, open the top, tip it over and wait for it to finally come out, set the bottle back down, all before being able to wash my face! It's nice you have made it more "earth" friendly, but dang!! I have used Clean and Clear for years. Sadly, now I will be looking for a new product.
I have been using this face wash for years and years. Recently the formula was changed and this wash literally burned my face. I experienced facial irritation, redness, itching, and pain for two to three days followed by extreme facial dryness and peeling for 3 or 4 days. All this from just one wash. I did not changed my skincare routine. I didn't have any changes to my medications nor was I out in the sun. All this rash was from Clean and Clear. I am super bummed that I now have to shop around for a new face wash. Please be cautious if you're going to use this product. It is really harsh.
Something needs to be done about the new formula because it's soo thick I can't get it out of the bottle. Maybe this formula could have worked with the pump but it's too thick and you took away the pump. Please improve. I have use this for over ten years
I've used the Clean & Clear facial cleansers for years. As long as I can remember. But ever since you came out with the new formula in the new bottle, I've had a reaction. It causes a rash on my face. Sadly, I'll have to discontinue using your products now.
Why why why did you change the formula!! 22 years of using this product and it worked so well!! The new product minus the ginseng is not the same!! My face is tight, red, and hurts!! Really bad move folks!! Think New Coke!! The new bottle is horrible too!! It get clogged up!! I'm looking for new products now!!
