This is one of my favorite cleansers for the morning time. Makes my face feel a little bit more hyped I don't even know how to explain it and refreshed. It helps boost me up in morning for sure and I can find in most stores for a great price.
I don't like the new formula. The smell isn't as refreshing and it is thicker and my skin doesn't feel as clean. I also prefer the pump dispenser. Why change this product after so many years? Bring back the old formula please!
I don't like the "new and improved" formula at all! I don't care for the odor. I didn't feel any "burst". The color is "off". There are very few beads. And it feels for lack of a better word "weird". I also really liked the pump feature before. Now I have to pick the bottle up, open the top, tip it over and wait for it to finally come out, set the bottle back down, all before being able to wash my face! It's nice you have made it more "earth" friendly, but dang!! I have used Clean and Clear for years. Sadly, now I will be looking for a new product.
I have been a daily user of this product for well over 10 years and I am so disappointed with the new formula. When I was a teenager I tried dozens of different face washes and this was the only product that worked with my skin. Over the years I have tried other products when this was out of stock and was never happy, I sometimes went to great lengths just to find get a new bottle. Now with this new formula I almost immediately started breaking out and my face became dry and cracked. Please bring back the old formula!!!
I've used the original Clean & Clear since I was a teenager and it became a daily ritual when cleansing my face. Now I cannot find the original anywhere and only see the new morning burst version. They've also removed the pump which makes it more difficult to dispense. Why change a good thing without doing a market test to see if consumers would like it? Now I've got to try Neutrogena facial cleanser because that is the only thing that looks comparable.
I've used the Clean & Clear facial cleansers for years. As long as I can remember. But ever since you came out with the new formula in the new bottle, I've had a reaction. It causes a rash on my face. Sadly, I'll have to discontinue using your products now.
The new formula is awful! I've been using the morning burst face wash for years and loved it. However, the new formula in the squeeze bottle is basically unusable. It is thick and goopy, and it doesn't foam up and wash my face nearly as well. I'm not a person to often complain on a product website, but this was so disappointing! Bring back the old formula and the pump bottle!
Stake holders probably loved the new formula when they saw those profits from all that money they saved on all those ingredients that made the old formula work. I bet their not loving it now because me and everyone else whose wasted their money on the new formula agrees that it's not worth a dime and we won't be purchasing it again.
Hi I As a loyal customer for over 15 years, I have always appreciated the quality and effectiveness of this product. However, the recent modifications have been disappointing and problematic. Firstly, the new bottle design appears to contain less product, yet the price remains unchanged. This reduction in quantity without a corresponding price adjustment feels unfair and disheartening for long-time customers like myself. The pump bottle was also easier to use. More concerning are the changes in the product formulation. The new version causes my eyes to sting and my neck to become itchy, which never happened with the previous formula. These reactions are troubling, especially since I have relied on this facial wash for so many years without any issues. I am very dissatisfied with these changes and urge Clean & Clear to consider reverting to the original formula and bottle size. I hope you will address these concerns promptly and take steps to ensure that loyal customers are not alienated by such alterations.
I have used the clean and clear morning burst (old formula) for 10+ years every single morning. I ran out and had to buy their new formula. I used it one time and have serious burns all over my face. I have never had any skin issues or allergies to anything. I am now having to go to the dermatologist for the first time in my life because I have such severely dry skin from this product that no heavy duty hydrating lotion is working to rehydrate the burn spots. I will never use clean and clear ever again. I can't even go out in public right now.
