I ordered these thinking they probably wouldn't work, but I was over cleaning my ears with tips, I never felt like they were actually clean. To my surprise... these work great... I use them once or twice a week and they are great!
Gone are the days of using a Bobby pin or some other unsafe foreign object. Great for using to clean out your ears too! Soft flexible. Gentle. What a relief!
My Mom was driving me nuts bc she couldn't hear anything for a couple of months. She said she couldn't hear anyone unless she could see their lips moving. And a normal tone of voice would not work. Having to run around to be sure it was light enough for Mom to see me, raising my voice, actually yelling was very wearing me out... Our Primary Care Provider told her to try an Over the Counter Ear Cleaning kit. I did purchase the Clinere Ear Cleaning Kit w the Oil first. But another family member with itchy ears gratefully used those ear cleaning swabs before Mom could. I actually found 2 unopened bottle of the Ear Oil drops in the cabinets, so I gently rolled, mixed one up and put them in Mom's ears myself. I don't remember what the next step was. The next day Mom said that a lot wax came out of her ears, she smiled and said she could actually hear again!! Praises!! It's been a while and I still haven't had to yell and repeat myself constantly. Thank you Jesus! I don't have this problem. I have allergies and very itchy ears so I must keep Qtips stocked up and accessible at all times in order to keep my itchy ears from driving me crazy. I do hope that one of us will remember how great these drops and cleaning swabs are if Mom has hearing problems again.
Wonderful product for cleaning ears. So much better than cotton swabs, which push the wax back into the ears, these soft little cups attached a stem about the length of a swab, break up and remove wax build up with ease. I find they are best used after a shower but will work at any time to relieve wax build up.
I've used these for nearly ten years and I can't do without them. I have itchiness in my ears due to psoriasis and the ridged end relieves the itch and keeps my ears clean. Because these are made from plastic you need to start out soft to be sure your ears xan handle it compared to a cotton q-tip.
Every doctor says q-tips are horrible for your ears, these are the perfect solution. They work great and they are very easy to use. The box says they are reusable... but I wouldn't reuse them... that's just nasty. But I have no problem buying more when I need them and the doctor is happy that I"m not continually impacting my ear drum with q-tips
I could not hear anything out of my left ear several months ago so I went to an Otolaryngologist (ENT) doctor and he literally used a vacuum device to pull the wax out of my ear and I was hearing perfectly; however, evidently my ears are like ear wax "factories" and it was not long before I needed to have ear wax removed again. There are lots of products out there to use as aids to remove ear wax and I have tried "lots" of them and you can view all of the tutorial videos on YouTube which feature the various methods. Of course, there are over-the-counter eardrops containing carbamide peroxide and stainless steel mini "spoons" and other metal tools designed to scoop the ear wax out of the ear and ear syringes of various types to spray water into the ear canal and also those silicone spiral tip ear wax removers. I have tried them all; however, I experienced best results using this Clinere earwax removal tool! I will place about 8 drops of Debrox brand ear drops into the ear and after I few minutes I will introduce a small cotton ball to allow time for the Debrox to do its job. The end of this Clnere earwax removal tool which looks like a mini spoon or scoop is "flexible" which gives the user added peace of mind knowing that they are less likely to cause unwanted pressure on the ear canal. The other end of this Clinere earwax removal tool is also super effective when it comes to the ear cleaning process as it is also capable of gathering earwax within its "fins" (please see attached photo) and it also has the purpose of exfoliating the inside and surrounds of the ear. So many times, my ears are itchy and it is this opposing end which alleviates the itching to a very high degree. These Clincere earwax removal tools are reusable and prior to introducing them into my ears each and every time I will treat the ends with 70% alcohol or 3% peroxide and then I will run clean water over them for sanitary reasons. The water is also supposed to enhance the ear cleaning process. I wish that I would have known about this effective earwax removal "dual-purpose" tool many years ago!
Yessss but why not a sustainable material ? Something you can clean and reuse?? This is wasteful like the earth is on fire people
these work ok , of course you cannot get most of the ear wax out that's caked in there and you have to be careful, I've had ear surgeries in both ears and I have a hole in one of my ear drums so cleaning out my ears can be a hassle that's why I have to get them cleaned out by an ENT
The end that's called FINS is way to hard it hurts my ears. If it was softer I'd give 5 stars
