Clocky is awesome! I haven't been late to work since I got the alarm. In your sleep daze its enough to get you awake and ready for the day. The alarm clock noise is funky and robotic, definitely loud enough to wake you up, and you have complete control as to whether you have the wheels and alarm sound on, or one or the other.
This is actually a great alarm clock. It works! It makes you get up and actually have to chase it. The sound is very loud too and wakes you up every time. Highly recommended for heavy sleepers.
Good buy. I am a heavy sleeper and can sleep through any alarm. I have some of the most obnoxious and loud sounds downloaded on my phone and I still sleep through it. This alarm works. The sound is good but the rolling around knocking into my walls is what wakes me up. Haha definitely a good buy and good quality
this is the only alarm clock I found that wakes up my son. This is clocky #2. It's loud ad distinctive alarm sound wakes me up too so if you are a light sleeper, the rooms are close together, you sleep in the daytime and he sleeps at night, this is not the clock for you. You don't have to use the running feature, You can just set the alram and not set the motion if you don't want it running around the room. That's how the last one broke. too many running off the edge of a very tall dresser. It was great falling off the night stand and running around the room but Falling off the tall dresser... not a good thing.
Holy balls! I needed “clocky” years ago when I was in college and could not get out of bed if someone paid me. I’m a nurse who works long hours and tired all the time. I was late for work a few too many times, after successfully hitting stop on my snooze. A colleague of mine said she bought one for her son and he hasn’t been late since. You set the clock on ur nightstand and when the alarm goes off, it drops to to floor and starts making robotic sounds “beep bo beep beep beep” while flashing lights and rolling all across the room. Haven’t been late since. Thank you Clocky!
I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning, and knew I needed help. After researching different options, Clocky turned out to be the best fit for me. It was affordable and LOUD, but even better it was one of the only options (that I could find) that includes motion in addition to sound. Having a pressing (and super noisy) problem to chase and resolve is just what I need to get me moving in the morning. Durability has been good over the past six months that I've had it, and while some folks keep it on a low table and let it roll off when it activates, I actually put it out of the way under the bed so it doesn't have to drop to the floor every morning. It even makes things a little more interesting that way trying to retrieve it when it goes off which further helps me wake up. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs some unique help waking up. Great product!
I could sleep through a freight train I used to think so this alarm has been a life saver. It’s loud and annoying and makes me chase it which ticks me off enough to wake me up, likely helps that I don’t want to wake my sleeping hubby. Haven’t been late since I’ve been using it.
I love this because it drives my son nuts and he has to get up out of bed to turn it off. It is teaching him to get up so it doesn't go off again. We also have a rule that if I find out he has disabled it before the second alarm goes off and doesn't get up, he has to give up his games for a week and with him that's the end of the world. So works perfectly for him.
I love this product. I've been following it since the idea came about and was excited to purchase. It does indeed do what it says. It rolls off of whatever you have it on if you push the snooze button. You then have to go find it. I think the only thing that I would change is that it doesn't allow you to change the alarm sound and the current one seems to bother my dog a lot. Other than that, it is absolutely wonderful. It actually wakes me up most of the time.
I love my Clocky. I took a long time to make a purchase because I wanted to be sure it was worth it. It is! It's adorable and the aqua is a beautiful, happy color. It's definitely better than a pet rock. It sounds like R2-D2 from Star Wars. (Who doesn't love R2-D2?) It also gets the job done. I also like that I can set the wheel function to go off immediately by setting snooze time to 0. Of course, I can still decide to go back to bed if I'm really determined, but it's been getting me to get up and turn it off, as well as to keep the floor clear before bed. I did get the two year warrantee, just in case, but my dresser is the recommended height (3 ft) and so far so good! :)
