This product meets my expectations. It looks good, it's very durable and it meets it purpose by all means.
Great quality, good value, fast shipping. This is a must have if you hang a lot of clothes outside to dry!! This is my second "dryer", old one was purchased 30 years ago, same brand that Wal-Mart carries, same quality as "way back then". I couldn't live without one.
We are very pleased with our purchase. IT arrived on the day they told us it would be delivered. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase this item online.
This will work well in our small patio in the Arizona sun. What I was more impressed was the quick, quick service. The item arrived better than a week early. And again the shipping is free, how much did you spend shipping the Christmas gifts?
MY WIFE AND I ENJOY THIS VERY CONVENIENT CLOTHES LINE. WE HAVE USED IT TWICE SO FAR- IT WILL HOLD 3- LOADS OF LAUNDRY--NO PROBLEM. EASY INSTALL--TAKES UP VERY LITTLE SPACE.
My wife got a used one of these from "Freecycle" a few years back. It held up well despite 3 boys being forced to use it. They aren't especially tender with anything, but when their chores require hanging or removing laundry before being allowed to mess around with their friends, things can get ugly. I'm old enough to remember when things were made of metal and was surprised that this unit wasn't plastic. This one might outlast our kids' time at our house - they're built like a tank and only cost about 50 bucks. Walmart has the best price on this unit too. My wife said she could've installed it herself, but I just got some new tools that I wanted to try out (stupid Y chromosome!). Buy one. You'll be happy.
I'm finding that it is hard to get all five lines tight. I wanted to retract it out of the way when not in use. There is a way to adjust the lines, but I don't want to have to do that everytime I pull it out and hook it.
The clothesline is great and so far we have used it for sheets and towels. The only negative I can say is its a little too flexible and we can't tighten the lines quiet enough, but so far it works good and glad we got it. The main reason we bought it is to hang our sheets out and it works great for that ! Thanks
Shipping was fast and easy to install. This replaces my 30+ year old version that is actually almost the same. Some parts that were metal on my old one are plastic on the new model hope it holds up as well. Some new features seem better-the locking mechanism is much easier and there are separators between the lines for retracting purposes is good feature.
A bit difficult to set up outside because of the angles of the attachment points between our home and the other point. After several tries I finally got it to work when I streched it out. Then came adjusting the various clothes lines. I spent a bit over one hour trying to make the adjustments. I think that I completed the task of setting up the clothes line and my wife enjoyed hanging some washed clothes a few days ago. She said she liked it and the new clothes line made a big difference. She now has more space.
