The set is beautiful! The bamboo is light and so smooth that it glides through the yarn. Love it!
Nice and smooth so no snags. Hook is nice and pointy which makes for easy insert into stitch and picks up yarn nicely. Not as slidey as alum. coated but not as sticky as plastic. Warms to hand temp so no cold metal . Like this set.
The is a great gift set. I purchased it for myself and am glad I did. I crochet to, from work and during lunch. If pattern suggest that I need to change hooks I can for I have the set with me. I recommend these to beginning and experienced crochet crafters. The bamboo/takumi hooks are great. I just discovered the clover brand and find the quality and price is amazing.
