I am very pleased with this co-sleeper. As a nursing mom, and a mom 11 and 12 years ago, my kids were more in my bed then in their crib. So when I saw the co-sleeper, I thought what a great idea. My husband and two older children who wanted to help, put it together in no time. I had a C-Section and although I hurt, it's still easy to lift her to me. Have only used it for one week, but am very pleased to have it and have her in our room with us where we can keep an eye/ear on her at all times. If you buy this, you will be very pleased with it, I'm sure!
Very sturdy and well worth the price. We purchased this product for my daughter who is breastfeeding a new baby and also has a two year old. It is convienent for her, and helps her to get a bit more sleep. The baby is truly within an "arms reach," yet not always sleeping in the bed with them. It makes it easy to rub, stroke or pat the baby while you are still in the bed. It is also easier to pop a pasicifier in when necessary. At night, it helps to keep the babies noises more convined to the parents room. This allows the two year old to sleep more soundly and be less disturbed by the baby noises. We all really like the tan Gingham print. Very nutral yet very nice. The baby is a boy. However it would be nice for either a boy or girl. Blue for a boy and Pink for a girl is nice, but if you plan a second child you might want to consider this very attractive nutral color. Wonderful product!
We originally purchased the Mini Co-sleeper. We purchased the full-size when our baby was 5 months old since she has grown so much. If I had to do over, I would have purchased this one in the first place. It's more sturdy and a lot larger for bigger babies. She sleeps very peacefully next to me and I don't have to get out of bed to nurse her at night. She doesn't even fully wake up and goes right back to sleep once her little belly is full. I highly recommend this product for all breastfeeding Moms.
I love the co-sleeper! I am nursing and it is so easy just to reach over and pull him into bed with me when he cries. I had a c-section so my range of motion is not much, but the co-sleeper makes it easy for me to get my baby by myself without having to ask my husban to get out of bed and get him for me. This is a MUST HAVE product in my opinion!
I used on of these with our first son. He was born 10 lbs and he slept through the night in the Co-Sleeper from day one. This one however gets up to eat every 3 hours!! He loves the bed as long as my hand is touching him during the night!! I would definitely recommend this bed to all who want a good night sleep and want to comfort their child while still in their own bed ;)
I got this product right before my twins came and I just used it for the first time last night. It was a little tricky to put together, but it was well worth. It has been so convenient having it right beside my bed and my twin girls seem to love it. I love how it is so roomy and holds two babies easily. I think it holds up to 30 lbs. as a sleeper, which is a lot better compared to those "other" sleepers that usually only hold up to 15 lbs. I also like the feature were it converts to a play yard. It seems VERY sturdy and solid. However, it was a little high but I believe it was well worth the extra money as opposed to paying a little less for something not made near as good. I recommend it to any new mom especially one with more than one baby!
This product is fantastic. We're trying to acclimate a 4 month old into it & meeting some resistance from her...but we wish we had this product from the day she was born! I feel so much better knowing I can just open my eyes & see her & know she's okay in the middle of the night. And I've caught her peeking her eyes open making sure I'm there too! Definitely a must for any new mom! You never know where your baby will feel comfortable sleeping...and almost always it's not in a crib in another room!!!
I love this product. It makes my life so much easier. My son sleeps great in it. Worth the money for parents who want their little one nearby at night.
Wal-mart had the best price on the co-sleeper- this is the full size, convert to a playard co-sleeper. It has all that you will need including one sheet- don't spend extra money on the co-sleeper sheets either- most playard standard size sheets fit this just fine and they are a fraction of the cost. Although it is a little complicated to assemble and heavy it is worth every penny to have a sturdy close place for your baby. I opted for a co-sleeper after seeing so many flimsy cardboard bottomed bassinetts. You can't go wrong with this product and you will feel that your baby is safe and comfortable sleeping in it- unlike the other very expensive bassinetts that are currently on the market- spend the extra money and get the co-sleeper it will be a really nice luxury for you and your newborn.
I had twins and didn't want to have two bassinets. This was the only product that I found that could hold up to 30 lbs in the bassinet part. It made it very easy to nurse them in the middle of the night. It is also a pack-n-play. It is a little hard to set up as a co-sleeper, but very easy to set up as a pack-n-play. Would Definitely recommend this product. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product.
