Easy set up took longer to prepare the area I wanted it to be in than the set up can't wait to use it came early
shipping was what it stated. came quickly. definitely recommend putting a layer or two of mats or carpet, under the mat it comes with. Having it up a few days, it definitely forms to the ground underneath it. The temperature does drop while in it,surprisingly it wasn't much -6 degrees in 50mins

Easy to install, larger than I thought but that's great, looks nice, and the boys love it...
very easy to set up! didn't say anything about "if you use chemicals.... will make warranty invalid! can't change water every couple of days so ordered pool and spa chemicals and will take my chances! love my spa!!

this was an accident purchase. the return was easy and simple. unlike dealing with fedex
I've had this hot tub for weeks now and I can't get it to inflate. I plug it in to a GFI lights go on and the console flashes hi-temp. I press the bubbles button as the instructions indicate but no motor runs or air inflates the tub. The instructions are unclear as it says to put the large end of the hose into the hole under the panel and the small end into the hole under the console. There are multiple holes and the picture in the instructions is a picture of a blackhose against a black hot tub (no useable detail in the photo). I've googled and can't find any video of the model I bought to see how others put it together. I threw the box away cause I knew I wouldn't be able to put it back in or lift it and it says in order to return it you need the original box! So basically I have a limp pile of very expensive vinyl sitting uselessly on my patio. Don't waste your time or money.
We were only able to use this hot tub once and it stopped heating. Instead of making it right and allowing us to return for a new one they send a part for us to work on it ourself which also doesn't work. Then we're told we could pay to ship it back to them in the original packaging and once it reached them we could get a refund. Of course we don't have original packaging as we assumed it would work since it did the first week we had it then ceased to heat. Very unhappy with this purchase and think Walmart should not sell these on their site.
