It was quick and easy to set up and fits two adults very comfortably.
The filters don't last long but other than that we love it
Very easy to set up. It took about 27 hours to heat to 102' F which the temperature I selected. And has maintained for 3 months. Follow your electric codes for cutoff needed. I ran a seperate 110v 20 amp line with no other power going anywhere except the pump. I have to wash filters every 5 to 8 days, depending on usage. And replace every 2 to 3 weeks. Get a ph kit for testing. And I use chlorine tablets and ph up and ph down chemicals. I have only had to use the ph down chemical twice. I use a granulated product. Other than that I watched a lot of you tube to set up ground and electric. ahead of time. Keep the tub covered when not using, when you use the agitator for bubbles temperature will drop but recovers quick enough. Also recommend a purchasing a skimmer to remove debri. Comfortable with 2 or 3 adults. The electric bill is up $30 to $40 a month over previous year. I will probably convert to 208v in spring. Best investment I made in 2023. If you purchase enjoy. 👍
I've read the other reviews, some good , some bad. Ours is good. It set up very quick, just read and follow directions first. I've had three other hot tubs and the Coz-5x5 ft has been our best. It holds the heated water longer and heats quicker. I like the insulated top that goes on it when done , better than the other tubs we had. Have had no problems with panel of start up buttons. Happy with hot tub. We as a customer
I bought this hot tub when it was on sale. It sat in my basement for a couple months in the box. When it finally warmed up I put it up. Filled it. Took a few days for the water to get warm. Now that it is warm, I get in this bad boy and love life. 2 people can fit but, by myself it is very relaxing and comfortable. I keep it covered and don't run the heater/pump unless I plan on getting in it that night. So, that means it doesn't have to run constantly. It's not a high dollar hot tub for the rich, but if your are a poor working dude like me, you won't be disappointed.
Went flat otherwise nothing bad about it
easy set-up, works great. only issue is finding a proper drain line to attach to it
Works well but need lag time to get hot.
Make sure you can carry 1200watts, 120. If you hire with a guarantee money back and help from Angi, no you're being lied too. My Angi person was very nice and helpful. Although, he put a hole in the bottom and left in mid fill up, he was nice. I figured out I didn't have enough Amps. Had to get new circuit breakers next day. Then the tub, still not hot- was leaking in my shed. Started a return, was told to print and return to Walmart. I did. Walmart refused it without original box. I explained it was damaged during the rain last night. Suzy still insisting I bring it in that box, of which I did only to have them attempt another refusal because box was wet. Then after much complaining, they took it and said they hoped the delivery person would accept it and sent me on my way. I asked where my 500.00 was and was told that IF IT MADE IT AND IF THE THIRD PARTY ACCEPTED IT, I WOULD GET MY MONEY. Now imagine my surprise after they told me just to ‘patch it' and I told Walmart I was not patching a 3 day old jacuzzi and to get my money. So, still no money, no acceptance of my jacuzzi yet and no jacuzzi. This was the most horrible experience I've ever had with Walmart and ‘Suzy.' And don't you love the hole Angi put in it. How. Just how. And Walmart, what!
the letters on the side mean "cozy" as in too small. Only 6 feet on the outside, not even 4 feet inside the tub. use for taking to someone's house. not daily use. no where to add chemicals to keep it clean. cover is too small, won't fit over all the side. heat is on or off, and gets way too hot in summer afternoon.
