Whenever I take Vit C periodically, this is the one, and it comes with Zinc, which I never have to take separately. Great when u feel tired, immune system is down
It has smell and a little taste. Size is quite big(the capsules). I use it after my breakfast and lunch and see the difference in my mood in an everyday routine.
I take this supplement to help with histamine intolerance as it has all the supplements to help. Great vitamin quality and I think I will be using this supplement for months to come
