Sometimes difficult to get necessary amount of greens and vegetables in general - this is a perfect substitute/supplement. Not 100% certain it was the primary reason or if it was coincidental, but i did notice clearer skin about 3wks after I started taking it. Overall a clean, solid supplement.
Code Age is becoming one of my favorite brands due to their high quality products. I was initially skeptical of their collagens because I took other collagens before and noticed no difference in hair, nails, sleep etc... However, since I have enjoyed their other products I decided to give them a shot. I began taken 6 capsules a day and within two weeks noticed nail growth non stop. I usually need to cut my nails once every two weeks but now I cut them weekly. After, two weeks I cut back to 3 capsules a day and it's still quite noticeable. I also noticed a section in my hair line that has been receding and thinning over the last two years and that has actual grown in an looks better now. I would recommend this product as I have noticed a difference!
I used this product for a better lifestyle in general. I wanted my hair to be brighter, my nails to be stronger, my skin to be clearer & so I decided to try those multi collagen pills! I have already taken turmeric pills from Codeage and it worked magic! I also was used the collagen powder but wanted to try this out too! Easy to swallow, great benefits, just be patient! Results don't show up overnight! Highly recommend!

I have been taking this for over a year and I love it. The fact that it also contains raw greens is a bonus. You can never consume too many greens.
I am relatively new to following a Keto diet and was concerned when I started having 'Keto Flu' type symptoms. I tried these supplements as well as an additional electrolyte supplement and am not suffering from the flu symptoms any longer. I have more energy and just feel better overall. I follow fasting rules and do not eat my first meal until noon, and I work out in the morning - I am training for Half Iron Man right now - and I have no problems with completing my workouts now, unlike I was having before I started the supplements..
I take 3 per day it seems to help my stiff feeling fingers
