Glad I came across these. CodeAge offers amazing supplements, and this one is no exception. I actually feel a significant increase in energy, and I know that I'm taking something that is supporting my overall health. Really found a new love for these supplements. Have been taking this for 3 weeks already and I must say this is the best source of vitamin C you can have. Taking this supplement for the cardio protection offered by plant polyphenols. Some close relatives have had heart issues and they are taking similar supplements, but I'm choosing this one for the unique combination of ingredients. Acai, turmeric, and green tea were things I was already taking alone. Reducing the number of supplements to single handful rather than two is a plus! Codeage is an interesting company--I've purchased a couple other items as well.
I have been using this product for the past few weeks alongside getting to the gym more consistently and have been feeling great with lots of energy! My diet has not been as clean as I would like it to be as I had a birthday recently that consisted of about a week long celebration with lots of eating out and sugary treats. Taking the polyphenol supplement helped give me peace of mind that I was doing something good for my body and helping it get the support it needed for the slip ups in my diet.

I haven't felt drastic effects but I don't think you usually do. I know these can act as a probiotic in a way and I've definitely felt an improvement on my gut health between these and the probiotics I've been taking and Polyphenols are full of strong antioxidants which I'm not sure if you feel much of an effects from antioxidants no matter how effective (I haven't) but they're still so beneficial in so many ways. Taste wasn't bad either! And the pill is a little big but nothing you can't swallow without some water.
Great ingredients, but can't be absorbed easily given they are not lipo. Unfortunately they really aren't worth taking as there is little, if any, bioavailability given they aren't in a form that can be effective.
