I am in love with this! We have a small courtyard and it fits perfectly and is versatile to pack up on the summer time. It was very easy to setup and I had it working and warming up in under and hour by myself. It heats up about 5 degrees an hour here. I like the top because it latches on in 6 areas and won't fly away in the wind. The floor is much softer than I expected and the bubbles are refreshing. It's simple to add chlorine tablets to the floating dispenser provided. We have used it twice a day since we got it. Highly recommend for the price is just what I wanted.
This is honestly one of the best purchases I have ever made! I read other reviews that said the directions to set it up were not very good but I didn't have trouble. The biggest issue I ran into was figuring out what chemicals I needed. After getting that right and getting a rechargeable pool/spa vac, I'm all set. Read up on chemicals before you set up the hot tub because you NEED them from the beginning. I use a tablespoon of SpaGuard Enhanced Shock after every use and bromine tablets in the dispenser that came with the hot tub. I also use Natural Chemistry Spa Perfect about once a week. Love it!

Simply perfect, I had a problem to heat the water at the beginning, but I solved it with the help of the support, which was very fast and accurate. The instructions are confusing and a little hard to figure out but other than that we're loving it, and I want to leave here a thank you to support who promptly helped me.
This is easily the best purchase I made this year! The setup was fairly easy although the instructions are lacking. Definitely read up on chemicals first because there is a certain way to do things when starting up the tub for the first time but its easy to maintain after that. My fiancée and I use this hot tub every day, sometimes twice a day, especially with working from home. I love the color and it looks great in our backyard with a little canopy and lights over it. It fits she and I comfortably and we could squeeze in another good friend we didn't mind bumping knees with but definitely not four adults. Overall a great purchase!

Its huge and easy to set up the only thing we had and issue with that it takes a long time to really warm up but once warm its wonderful my mom loved her mothers day gift
Well worth the money - had one in our basement in Kentucky- moved to Hawaii, one again! The instructions are HORRIBLE and FRUSTRATING but once you figure them out it works great. Too bad you cant see the instructions ahead of time!
Nice tub we have it in our sunroom porch. Easy to install. The pad was missing in the box. I sent them a message but no response. Hopefully they will send it. Instructions were not specific. Once you take the lid off the temp drops pretty quickly. Of house our room is not heated. But it's all windows do we get to look out at the water. Motor is not noisy. Some of the parts are different than what's in the instructions but we figured it out. Overall nice to have. Hope it last.
