I am a smoker and a coffee drinker. I have found that this toothpaste works very well at removing those stains. when I brush at least twice a day. If you have sensitive teeth, this product may make your teeth a bit more sensitive, since it has an abrasive in it. All in all, I am quite pleased with it's effectiveness. I also use Colgate Tooth Whitening Strips occasionally, which keeps my teeth as white as they can be, as if I had been to the dentist for a professional and expensive tooth whitening process. Save your money. I recommend this toothpaste.
