[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were on a birthday cake for my child, and though the colors were pretty, the flames were very faint and hard to see. I recommend lighting these in low light conditions, because we kept thinking they weren't lit, but we just couldn't see the flames in the bright light of our kitchen. When we sang the song and presented the cake, the light was lower and the flames looked very pretty, but they were still pretty subtle, definitely not bright like a regular flame. Still very interesting and different, which our child liked. I recommend having lights off or low when lighting these and having someone blow them out!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were super cool because they were different, but they seemed to burn a lot quicker than normal birthday candles. We had a lot of wax dripping onto the cake and they took a while to light which caused some to be shorter than others when they were all lit (we only used 11), but the flames being different colors looked really cool! I would definitely buy them again! I would think multiple boxes would need multiple people to light since they burn quickly.
