The Latch hook canvas had the correct color on the correct squares except for the eye of the unicorn so it was easy to follow and insert the right color yarn to the right square. The latch hook tool included is wonderful
I bought this latch hook wall art kit for myself to learn the craft before trying something harder. (This kit is designed for an 8 year old to learn.) Imagine my disappointment when there wasn't enough yarn included to finish the design. It may have been only this kit that was short-changed, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to take the chance. On the plus side, the directions were very good and I did learn the technique.
The concept of this kit is great. The design is very cute. Squares are easy to follow. Problem is that it was short on every color to finish it. And it was a lot short. We are talking 80 pieces or more with some of the colors.
