I have used these colors and they are wonderful and easy to use. Sprayer works better than Rustoleum... I will be buying Krylon for all future projects.
The color was perfect!
I needed a champagne color for the centerpieces for my wedding. I was a bit hesitant spray painting glass bottles but this went on perfect after 2 coats. This color is beautiful with a hint of sparkle!
The color is kind of a mild metallic gold, almost like mix of gold and silver, I love this color, and so far no problem with coverage on anything I've sprayed.
No color differences between cans. Had trouble with one can because paint was too thin at first
I bought the satin nickel and it came out a gold shade, which was fine. I used a new can for the same project and this can came out more silvery with a green tint, so now part of my coffee table has a beautiful gold sheen and part of it has this silvery green shade, not attractive!! 2nd can is watery and drips. Sooo upset!! as I hate to do projects twice!! I think I may switch to the Rustoleum nickel satin to see what color that comes out.
Used to cover a yellow gold picture frame. Used 3 coats but coverage was spotty. The finish doesn't look good so going to have to paint again with a different product.
Doesn't look like a champagne color once applied & dried, looks more like brushed silver. I let it dry then applied a second coat..it still looked like silver; so LIGHTLY a gold spray (that I already had) .. the piece turned out perfectly; it then looked like a champagne color
I used the Colormaster in oil rubbed bronze on numerous projects over the years when it was the formula that was just paint, not this new formula that is paint + primer. The one that was listed as just paint was great, no drips or runs and great coverage. It also has the spray nozzle that could be adjusted to vertical or horizontal spray. This new formula is AWFUL!! It drips and runs like crazy. Despite the UPC code being the same on the new can as it is on my old can the color of the new paint + primer formula is more metallic and doesn't look nearly as good as the old. I bought 10 cans to repaint my outdoor furniture but will be returning the 9 I didn't use. The quality of this product is unacceptable.
I was careful to thoroughly shake the can to mix it well, tried to spray thin coats, i still got runs and being metallic the flakes would clump, even with multiple thin coats, the coverage was very inconsistant, and to too it all off, very expensive, I would not recommend this paint
