Great paint
I was amazed that one gallon of "copper" color covered a light mint green in one coat of a fairly large bedroom 12' x 16'. I now have an unopened can that I don't need. It went on very quickly and easily. I finished in one day, though I had planned on two days.
Bought a home in Medina in 2014. Every wall that has been painted was done so with Walmart paint!! Good coverage, easy to use, Always reliable.
It was a much better color to the one painted inside the closets of my home, which might not have been painted for decades. I wanted it to be a 70s style color though because of the color of the carpet and hard wood floors. I love this color and the paint was an excellent consistency. All that's left is to see how well and for how long it lasts.
I used to really like this paint. There was no difference I could see between this and behr. But I just painted my foyer and it kept leaving spots like oil or wax on the wall. They're visible in the paint can as well.
I went over an existing light color on wall. This paint should have covered it no problem, but failed. I have to do a second coat to trim out the wall and I have not even rolled paint on the main part and I am 2 hours into painting a bedroom. Spend the extra money for a higher quality paint and save yourself some time. I have used cheaper paints before with no problems!
i found a stange spongy material when i was stirring my my paint
I used three coats of this paint, tinted blue, in a bedroom that was first primed. A month later when I wanted to wipe fingerprints off the wall from around the light switch I was shocked that the paint came off! I used a warm damp dishcloth with Palmolive dish soap. I tested several other areas on the wall and found anywhere I wiped, the paint came off. I tested again with a wet cloth and no cleaning solurion. Same result! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
worst paint ever. super thin and watery. covered poorly. another case of you get what you pay for. lesson learned.
To thin to actually cover. Bought for an entire rental home. White Paint was to thin to cover over existing white paint. If painting over a color forget about it!
