We love Columbia's rain jackets. Have owned many in multiple sizes, colors & materials. By far this one is the thinnest material of all. Not even as thick as a traditional rain slicker. Logo is also printed on vs. being stitched on. Great to keep you dry, but don't count on it keeping you warm.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this rain jacket for my youngest daughter. She has worn it for two years and it is still holding up. There haven't been issues with the zipper or anything. It also fits nicely into a hiking daypack since it isn't bulky. The only con to me is that it's thin. I guess I was expecting something thicker since previous rain jackets had been thicker. I recommend buying a Columbia fleece to use as layering with this rain jacket. My daughter wears a thin Columbia fleece under her's for the extra warmth on cool rainy days.
Super cute jacket. Loved the color. But had to return because it was small. My daughter just turned 8 and the S was too small for her. I didn't want to order the M(10/12) for her. Sad to return the jacket. Loved the color.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jackets greatly fulfils it's main function: protects against rain. Although, I would prefer to have at least some lining. This is the only thing why I take off one point for the quality and functionality. Otherwise, perfect.
Bought this for my 8 year old daughter. The rain jacket is short on her body and is difficult to zip.
