My wife and I were married in July and got or wedding photos back, lots of wedding photos. She wanted all of them hung, everywhere in the house. With a few packs of Command strips, a level, and a tape measure. I was able to hang 15 photo frames of different sizes and shapes in no time at all. Only problem is now she wants my to hang other stuff since she saw how easy it was for me. Either way thanks for saving my Saturday. The picture attached is our dining room photos. I had the same 9 photographs on my photo wall for years using nails in a plaster an lathe wall. I have to pre drill holes or I risk cracking the plaster. Then I discovered command photo strips. Now I don't worry about wising time, making holes and leaving photos where they are. I am up 16 photos and growing. I love being able to rearrange them whenever I feel like it. My photo wall looks wonderful now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These strips are so easy to use. They're mess free and come off easily. However they hold very well. I have a rather large poster that I needed to hang in my bedroom and these had no problem hanging it. It hasn't slipped or slid either. I highly recommend these strips.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Command damage free large picture hanging strips for free to try and these are top notch great quality. Extremely adhesive my boyfriend and I put this frame up in the attached picture 3 months ago now and it has not moved. The adhesiveade it through the the muggy NY summer and the Velcro is super strong!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great when not wanting to damage walls with nails or screws . I had a rather large and heavy picture I've been wanting to hang above my couch but kept getting the nails in wrong which caused the picture to be crooked . It was so much easier to work with these command strips they go on with no tools like a hammer or screwdriver required . My picture was straight the first time and they are strong enough to support the heavy frame and picture . Very easy to use and wont damage my walls any if I decide to switch up my decor and change the picture. I also used some to hang a picture in my baby's nursery . I pulled on the picture after using the command strips and it wasn't going anywhere it stuck really well . This makes me feel safer about having a picture above my babies crib
I used these strips to hang laminated posters and when I took them off the move out of my apartment, it took the drywall off with them!! I will for sure owe a HUGE fine because they will need to replace that wall. Very disappointed. Oh, and the strip is still on the wall but I'm afraid to try and take it off now seeing what it has done to the other spots.
I followed the instructions and the picture stayed up one day only to find that a picture my father bought me in 1975 was smashed to pieces. I am so gutted it survived 10 house moves and two years packed up when I was travelling abroad. I cannot put a value on how upset I am and want some compensation.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to hang a framed poster. Followed the instructions but didn't even last 24 hours. Frame broken and picture damaged. Do not recommend.
Terrible. I would rather have the nail holes than the chipped paint where the Command strip ripped the finish as the pictures were falling. They were only 4" x 6", so no - they were not too heavy.
I've been purchasing command strips and hooks for a while. I use the up to 16 lbs strips for photos not even weighing 2lbs. These strips have peeled paint and the drywall paper and I rent. These are to be non-damaging and renter friendly and are nowhere near.
