If you are looking for a home computer to just surf in the internet, watch movies, or burn CD's. This computer is for you. It is easy to set up and ready to go as soon as you hook it up. The only negative side to it is that you must purchase speakers. I love my new computer!
I recently purchased this compter online and used the ship to site option. This method is highly recommended as it saves money. Now a days who couldn't stand to save money. Best deal for your money. In regards to this computer this is a good deal by far. Very easy to use and so lightweight too. Takes up very little space. I, basically, use this for my home computer and am able to do every thing necessary for personal use as well as business on the times I need to check my business email. I only had to purchase the Office Suite set separately but still by far both purchases are advised. This will make the perfect home computer for any family member and/or college student. I'd highly recommend to all who needs a new computer.
Not only affordable, but this PC is very reliable. The minute I recieved my PC, I quickly unpacked, connected everything, and was able to start using it. Just remember to purchase your Microsoft Office programs before, so everything is much easier. Other than that, great choice!
Can't believe how nice (and quick) this is. A great value. I almost spent more, but glad I didn't. I thought I would stay with XP because of all the negativity of Vista. Very happy with it. Thanks
I have found that the Compaq cq2003wm-b is the best home computer in it's price range.I love this computer and the support system that comes with it has been the best.
I am enjoying this so much and so are my children. It really beats going to the library for assignments all of the time.
I went to buy the computer shown here this evening, when I got to the store, I was pleasantly suprised. The computer they actually had was much better than the one listed. It has 2GB of memory and 320GB hard drive. I don't know if this was just a fluke, or what but I'm not complaining. The only drawback was that it has Vista, not XP. I'm not sure if it is standard to not have Microsoft Office or not, luckily for me, I had Office 2003 on disk, so I did not have to go out and purchase it. I think I am going to be very happy with this PC. My previous computer was also a Compaq and I loved it (had to upgrade-it was 8 years old). I would strongly recommend this to any one who wants a great deal!
I have owned this computer for only a few days and love it. It was a great price and its so easy to use I bought it cause my Dell that I had for 3 years quit working I am completly happy with my choice in choosing this computer I am recomending it to all my friends.
I bought this system to replace a old one that my dad uses. He didn't want vista and with this machine is built with XP its perfect. He gets a faster machine, Widescreen FLAT LCD Monitor and XP for under $400. He was thrilled and loves it. I'm thinking about buying one for my little brother before he goes off to College. It would perfect for the Dorm and for what he needs. Just add Office for a little over $100, and add on a Printer for $30 and he's ready to go.
Easy set up, LCD monitor clear picture, CPU unit smaller than I expected but easy to handle when making the connections. Keyboard also smaller than what was used to, but got used to it. Was unsure if 1 GB RAM would be as fast as I wanted to run XP, but overall I'm satisfied and would recommend this computer for basic tasks. Not bad for the $389 price tag.
