[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great compact travel friendly hair dryer. Best part is the retractable cord-you don't have to worry about storage and detangling. It also has a folding handle and 2x ceramic technology which means if you have wavy or frizzy hair, it will help reduce frizz. I got to try this product out and complete a review in exchange but this doesn't mean my review is skewed. Would 100% recommend. The only recommendation I have is to provide info on what hair diffusers would fit with this one.

I don't always use hair dryers but I definitely will use this one more often. It dries your hair fast and with a smoothing brush you can straighten your hair with out a hair straightener. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks Conair for the free product! This blow dryer is user friendly, uses 2 settings for heat and can get very hot for a good blowout. I love that retracts the cord and you can folded. It is great for traveling. Not heavy. One thing it needs for me is the accessory tool nozzle to make my hair silkier since I have curly- thin hair. Even without the nozzle it did a great job! I had a few Conair products over the years and they are always great products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Conair dryer has a foldable handle with a retractable cord which makes it compact. But like most cords of this type, the retractable feature sometimes works and sometimes take some encouragement to retract fully. While these two features make it take up less room, I wouldn't they make this dryer any more travel-friendly since it weighs in at a relatively hefty 20.75oz (1.296 lbs). The 1875 watts also seems like overkill for a dryer that I'm going to need away from home. This doesn't mean that I don't appreciate these features at all; in fact I was surprised at how much neater this was to store because of the folding handle and without the excess cord. As for drying my hair, I felt this dryer did a decent job at getting my hair from towel dry to where I want it (90% dry). Because I don't use dryers to style my hair enough to remove every trace of moisture from my hair, I think this dryer will be plenty strong enough to quickly remove dampness from my hair without damaging my already fine, color-treated hair that's prone to frizz.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been a while since ive gotten a new hair dryer and I'm so glad its the Conair Double Ceramic Folding Handle Dryer with Dual Voltage. Not only did it dry my hair very quickly, it smoothed my hair and left it super silky with no frizz. It also folds in half for easy storage and it comes with a retractable cord which is so cool.
I really like this hair dryer, but I wish it included an attachment for directing the heat. I like that the handle is foldable. The cord doesn't retract all of the way, but I'm ok with that. I haven't notice my hair being less frizzy because I always flat iron my hair.
Nice dryer, especially for the price. The retractable cord is great for keeping clutter to minimum, but very short. Important to note this is every bit as big and heavy as a regular dryer. It just happens to have a folding handle and dual voltage. I would not travel with it.

A little about me: I have very thick, extremely long, type 2c-3a waves and curls; I blow dry my hair using a professional ionic hair dryer with 5 heat settings, 5 air flow intensity levels, and a cool button that locks in the cool setting. With that being said, there are several pros and cons to the Conair® Double Ceramic Folding Handle Dryer with Dual Voltage : Pros: - The handle folds up, which is great for saving space - Retractable cord (although I had to fight with it to get the cord to retract the last 6 or so inches, even following the instruction manual's notes on this feature) - This dryer has Dual Voltage which makes it great for worldwide travel. Cons: - Only two heat settings, high or low - The cool air button does not lock in place so you have to hold it in the entire time you are using it - Folding the handle up and down is challenging, to say the least — each time I had to use superhuman strength and I worry that I am going to break it; honestly, I'm not sure if I am even doing it correctly, but the enclosed instruction manual does not mention anything at all about this feature.
