Glides through hair smoothly. It was not the same color as the one pictured it is black but does not affect how it works. I had this straightener before just in a one inch for 4-5 years and decided I needed a new one.
Very practical, very good product
This flat iron heats up fast. I have no issue with using it.
I bought this when I was out of town for a family wedding. It heats up fast, glides through my hair effortlessly, and makes my hair shiny and Gorgeous! I love the 1 1/2 inch plate width. It makes for faster straightening as opposed to the 1 inch. I like the temp settings. My daughter has my old 1 inch flat iron, but I constantly keep finding MY flat iron in her room because she likes it so much. :) The only problem I have with it is I wish the cord were a couple of feet longer.
I like the quickness that the device heats up. I miss the "auto turn off" feature from my last but the other parts of the straightener are more quality; it appears to work very well.
This product IS AWESOME!!!!! My hair is so curly that I need to keep it straight for 2 days or so so it wont tangle easy, Ive had 3 different straighteners and they only kept my hair straight for less then a day. This one kept my hair straight for a good 5 days!!! It also straightens so easily!!! I highly recommend this!
The flat iron was perfect for a long time but now the paint on the body of the flat iron is chipping away and the plates are still like new. The issue here is that the chipping paint has created a snag attack on my hair. I can't pass the flat iron plates without my hair grazing the chipped parts. So I have to trash it. I loved it at first. But they focused so much on the plates quality that the other part suffered. Let me be clear for some that think I'm bashing a good product. It is a great flat iron for the price range. But if you want a flat iron that you can keep for a few years this isn't the one for you.

Doesnt matter what temperature this straightner is set at, it burns my hair. You can smell it burning. i tried using twice %26 after the 2nd time I had to go buy a new one.
I had to order this product twice, first time they sent me a wrong flat iron which was completely different color and size way smaller, then I thought it was a mistake and reordered again, still they sent me the same wrong item again!!!!!!! If you don't mind keeping what ever product they send you, don't buy because they put up a different picture and send you something else. RETURNING!!!!!
