MY DAUGHTER LOVES IT .. SHE SAYS IT IS EASY TO WORK AND SHE REALLY LIKES IT.
This is a fun product. I gave it to my 5 year old granddaughter. I put some in her hair, but, she couldn't put them in her own hair. The most fun was when she started putting them in the hair of her dolls. I never thought of that use for them. She loved it.
Great item. My 5 year old niece loved this gift. She was even able to do it herself after a little bit of instructions. Great that the gems are reusable, you just need to keep track on them. Seem to stay in her hair really good, and she has quite fine hair. I do wish that the clear cover was easy to remove and replace.
My 8 year old daughter and her girlfriends love this product. I gave it to her for Christmas this year and I only wish I had given it to all the little girls on our list. You can take it out of the package and use it - no assembly required! It is so simple and the girls love it! The jewels are easy to remove from the hair without damaging the hair. We love it! I am interested in finding out how to purchase extra jewels for it.
My daughter played with this at a friends house and found it very easy to use. I bought it because she can do it herself and have fun doing her hair and her sisters or friends. I wish the refills were sold with it. I am having a hard time finding them.
Bought this as a birthday gift for an eleven-year-old girl. She had some trouble making it work but her mom put the jewels in her hair for her. They really do look very pretty. I expected more jewels for the price I paid.
I purchased this as a Christmas gift for an eight-year-old girl. She was able to use it herself. While the plastic "gems" are removable and can be reloaded into the disk for re-use, they only work several times before they need to be replaced. Replacement disks are available, and should be purchased so the girl can continue having fun with "hair gems." Similar hair "beaders" as easier to use and reuse, and are less expensive; but many girls can bead their own hair so this can be a good gift.
