I bought this a month ago and I'm so glad that we did. We were just going to make steps out of wood but these are perfect . They are sturdy and they match perfectly. I Love the storage too for our little drink floaties and grandkid's toys !
Using these steps for 3 years now and still like brand new. All my chemicals fit in the storage area and keeps them nice and dry. Steps are sturdy and secure for getting in and out of the hot tub. I keep them out all year long in New England and not a single crack in the plastic!

a little difficult putting together as the instructions could have been clearer with more pics......stair top where you lift for storage already warped from the sun....all plastic....should be cheaper priced...and finally it tilts forward too much...not very level.
I ordered this, as picture shows grey steps on a unit that has "Beige" sides. Beware that this is incorrect as the description on side of box says, and IT IS, a unit with black sides and grey steps. I sent it back. Waste of my time when not the correct product. Other wise, the steps look solid enough ?
The description states take out of the box and use. You need a rubber mallot and an electirc drill to assemble. They also claim the storage compartment is good for spa accessories. When you get it the storage compartment has a sticker that states not to be used for chemical storage. What else would you store in this compartment for a spa? The bottom of the step that will touch the ground, concrete, grass, etc.. is just a piece of foam that you stick to the bottom of the step.
