Increases comfort when sleeping on my back; better breathing
When I started using the wedge I am sleeping better than I have in years. I do not toss and turn like before and I get to sleep a whole lot quicker, and wake up rested. I love it.
My husband is able to sleep better using the wedge. He only wishes it was wider for his king-size pillow.
A higher pillow might have worked better. No guidance on how to determine the height one might need!
I have purchased this for a Christmas gift . I hope they like it because he has sleep apnea and she has breathing problems.
