I have noticed a difference in my energy level, it actually has gone up! I have noticed a difference in my joints to spring my work, feeling better. So far it all has been for the good. I know some pills I was taking would hurt my stomach, but these have not done that. The pills are a bit large, but I've gotten used to taking them.I was also able to quit taking some of my other vitamins because if all the goodness in these. Definitely worth trying.
One of the famous sport multivitamin that also offer good amount of joint support. I rarely reach to 6 caps per day, usually taken 3 per days. I can suggest them since I am using them for years.
I've been taking Orange Triad for around 5 years. A convenient multi if you don't want to take tons of pill a day :) The joint, digestion and immune formula does work rather well! My knees are not giving me trouble as often as before (and save me some money buying glucosamine separately).
I have taken this product in the past. I am a marathon runner and I run 70 miles a week on a regular basis. This vitamin provides a noticeable reduction in joint pain or soreness!! I am a petite female and I only take half a serving very day. Great immune system protection as well I never get sick.
I'm looking forward to trying these supplements I've been trying to get healthier. I bought a rowing machine and started working out a month ago. Now I'm intermittent fasting and going to introduce some supplements! I'm excited that these help with so many things so I dont have to take a handful of pills. These take care of being a basic multivitamin/joint/digestion and even an immune formula. I'm guessing these are gonna be a winning every day for me from now on.
I received these vitamins for free in exchange for an honest review. The first thing I noticed was how LARGE the actual pill is. I'm no stranger to large pills, I personally do not have a problem swallowing them. But anyone who may have an issue swallowing needs to be careful. Second, the serving size is SIX PILLS per day. Really? I feel like with the size that's a bit excessive. As I said, if you have any issue with swallowing or with large pills, stay away from this one. I have been taking them for a week now, I personally do not feel any different. I've been having a bit of trouble with my left knee lately and was hoping the glucosamine might help. And it may in the future, I will continue to take them & see how it goes. I will update my review as well if anything changes. Lastly, know that it will turn your urine fluorescent yellow. Don't panic :)
I will start this by saying this supplement seems to have a lot packed into a serving. It has all the vitamins you would usually get with a daily vitamin med plus it has other herbs that you don't normally see in a daily vitamin. It has some great benefits if taken as prescribed. I have taken them for a week now and seem to be seeing some improvement with joints. Pros- Lots of vitamins, joint health, digestion and immunity boost. Cons-Pills are on the large side and need to be taken one at a time due to possible choking hazard.
Got these because they are said to be good for joints digestion, and immunity. These supplements are HUGE! And the serving size is 6/daily. I have only taken them for two days now and maybe feel slightly better? It most likely is to soon to tell, so I will post another review in a month or so.
The Controlled Labs Controlled Labs Orange Triad, 270 ea is not much different than other supplements in the same category. I was already taking individual doses of most of what is in these, to begin with. One of the differences I could really tell was how gigantic the pills were and how many I had to take. I can handle a large pill but these were by far the biggest that I have ever taken. After a few days, I noticed that my urine had changed to an extremely bright "fluorescent yellow", which I was not particularly fond of seeing. Might need to add a warning that, that might happen. Other than those two things they did what they said they would do. No more, no less from my perspective, and that was the only change I had made in my daily routine. I wouldn't recommend the Controlled Labs Orange Triad unless you hate taking individual supplements or don't mind taking huge pills.
I wanted to like these but a few things bother me about them. You need to take 4 pills twice a day. That's not too bad but is a lot. The major problem for me was that it turned my urine to a neon yellow color when I take them. It is a very bright neon yellow and is troublesome. I stopped taking them for 2 days to test if it was from these pills. I took them again and the neon yellow came back. Took them in the morning and the yellow came back within 4-5 hours. So not for me.
