Was so suprised that it blows as cold as it does! My whole room turned into an icebox! Was originally delivered to the wrong address,but thankfully ive got some awesome neighbors. Got it installed 3 days ago and ended up buying 3 more! It sure does pack a punch!

Seems to be working good, I wish there was better instructions. I YouTubed it. But getting the room pretty cooled down! Towel is just for my liking! So there is no wiggle room!
I bought this air conditioner for a small bedroom in my home and it makes it the coldest in the house. I installed it just fine into a sideways sliding glass window after a few YouTube videos and it makes it icy cold in the room. Great overall product for a small room and quite affordable.
So far I like it. It is currently keeping my whole house cool at only half temp with the help of a rotary fan. I live in Northern Nevada, so this was a good investment, especially at $120. The side inserts r a little difficult to assemble, but overall it's a good unit. I have a sliding window, so I had to prop this up in the window on a side table for now until I can get the brackets and a window insert.
I got it in but the side panels are too short.
I received the AC and began to take apart things and organize to put together. The manuel was for another similar model but I would've preferred a instruction manual for what I actually purchased. Putting the screws in was a disaster. The screws didn't fit into the holes at all. I had to make it fit and I was afraid that it would break. They needed to make screws that fit their objects. Majority of screws where left behind so I hope it was put together correctly. After finally assembling the AC and ready to put into my window, I noticed that the side shields didn't come all the way out so therefore, I had to cut cardboard to fill in the rest. After that was all done and it was finally set up and ready to run, I can say that this would get 5 stars if I didn't struggle putting it together. The AC cooled the room within a minute. The fan blows perfect. I would only recommend for the performance of the AC but not the struggle of putting it together and the screws that are really important that hardly fit.
It arrived July 1st, installed it 7/5 thought it would make the living room cold but after being on all day and night it still isnt getting cold. It only gets cooler because of our fans. Think I might return for something better.
The 3 stars is for the function of the ac. The function is great. The packaging was horrible. After carrying it in and pulling it out I found out the bottom was cut all the way around and only the 3 thin plastic straps were holding it together. This ac is too heavy to be playing games with the packaging. Please train the people that package your products better. This is unacceptable. In addition, the back of the ac had dents in it which could have only happened before it was packaged. I did choose “yes” I would recommend this product but packaging was unacceptable.
