Love these. Excellent quality. Crank roll up feature. Material is really nice. Bought 6 and 4 footers in mocha and easy to put up also. I checked a ton of porch blinds and shades and these were really the best. Anchors on bottom to keep shades in place is excellent feature. Will buy more.
We can now sit on our south facing porch and enjoy being out of the sun. Already recommended them to a friend.
The shades we purchased allows the view in but not the heat and glare from the Western sunshine. They look awesome and match our deck and surroundings.
I ordered one and this is my second one. It looks nice and does the job of sun filtering with coverage.

The most challenging part about installing these shades was the brackets and that was mostly because I wanted to install them on the aluminum posts on my patio. But once that was completed, the rest was a breeze. There was a noticeable drop in temperature as soon as the shades were lowered. Amazing!
Very good quality. Not too hard to install, We bought 3, they are wonderful for blocking out the hot sun, and gives privacy, yet you can still see through. We are very satisfied with our New Coolaroos patio shade, and we really like the tie downs to keep them from whipping around when it gets windy.
I looked at solar shades from different on-line blind companies. I came across these shades from WalMart and the price for the 8' was unbeatable. The installation was easy and straight forward. Once up on our porch facing east we can now sit out there in the morning and stay cool and no longer be blinded by the morning sun in Colorado.
We installed this shade on west facing side of pergola on back porch. My husband is not handy at all, but we were able to install in about an hour. Thankfully, the way that we attached it (essentially to the back of brackets), we didn't have to worry about exact width of opening. If you are attaching to sides of opening and need an exact fit, read specifications carefully so you will know size needed with brackets. The way we installed, the product was very forgiving and we were able to adjust the brackets once screws were in to get a perfect fit. We love it! We are now able to grill out on our patio in DFW in August.
Easily installed and provides good shading for northwest facing deck allowing use of the deck in late afternoon without roasting. Appears to be good quality -- hoping it will last through a couple of southern summers.
