I purchased the large 96x72 a few years ago and it still looks new. The material is of good quality and does not fade or become tattered. I recently purchased a smaller one to begin sectioning off my patio from the sun and the terra cotta color is so nice. The idea came from a landscaping magazine and for the price...what a deal. I would definitely recommend coolaroo sun shades! No cons but I do recommend at time of install that you use a level to ensure the shade will roll up perfectly. Other than that, it's a go!
