very easy to use. si.ple phone with not many fancy functions but very easy to use. buttons are clear and easy to press.
good vintage phone for elders
I have the Sim card that directly match this phone so it works. I don't know about other companies. I like that this phone only makes calls and texts, for my card doesn't have data. I dislike that you can't install any apps, for I wanted a simple notepad app. I also dislike that the surface is flat that makes it hard to select and operate the functions.
This has been advertised as unlocked when it says when you open the package that you must be using it for assurance wireless. If I go to a Walmart store with this phone, can I get a refund?
I purchased it because I needed an unlocked phone for my dad in the islands and it's not unlocked as stated. I am very disappointed. I have to pay to ship it back to Brooklyn. Might not even worth doing that.
The box was open and the phones was not in good state. I am disappointed.

This phone is advertised as unlocked... it doesn't say you have to unlock it. I bought this for my disabled brother. It is a big disappointment, I will be returning this
Item was never used because it was not compatible with my wireless service and the owner would not accept return past 30 days.
It came with a "code" to unlock, which did not work and after calling the current carrier on the phone, I was told they were unable to unlock the phone.
