This looks very pretty in the front of our house and the price is expensive but it is worth it.
It looks at least as good as it's advertised but I think a little better in person. The only caution I have to offer is if you order it for in house tabletop like I did (I missed the connection between the name of it-Pond Fountain-and its intended use) then realize it has a good strong pump and in spite of trying to adjust the leaves it does splash outside the bowl itself (if the pump has an adjustment it is not on the outside of the pump). If you have a few inches around it with a cloth or something water weary then it will be fine. I personally think it looks more like a tabletop or patio fountain and if I had power on the patio that's where I would put it. It looks and works great!
After seeing so many plastic fountains that ran about 30 bucks, this fountain is such a good value! it is very solid, very heavy, very well-made. The copper is recycled, so you can feel good about it, and you know all those worthless plastic fountains are gonna break and end up in the landfill..... So overall, I would say go for it! The only thing is what the other reviewers already said- Quite a few splashes escape the beautiful copper bowl it comes with.... contrary to what a different reviewer said, you CAN adjust the flow of the water through the pump. So, I'm hoping with a few adjustments I can cut down on the amount of splashing. I really do love this fountain!
