Just some info . I like the product but I still got a sunburn on my head and my left arm
I have been a Coppertone user all my life, but that's about to change. I need a high-powered sunscreen when I go outside because I'm a pale-as-paper redhead and live in FL, and I DON'T want skin cancer. However, the higher-SPF Coppertone lines don't smell like Coppertone anymore. The classic Coppertone fragrance smells like summer. It's an immediate mood-booster, and I've been known to throw on a dab of it even when I'm not going to be outdoors. The new fragrance not only doesn't give me that mood-boost, but actually kind of depresses me to put on. It smells like canceled summer trips and disappointment. Supposedly, I can still get the classic scent in the low-SPF "tanning" varieties of your product, but why would I ever buy those? I. Don't. Want. Skin. Cancer. And it seems that you don't want my money. If I can't have the classic Coppertone fragrance, why would I buy Coppertone? There are plenty of cheaper brands with high SPF to choose from. Changing the fragrance of your product was a boneheaded idea on par with New Coke in the 80s. I hope you think better of it and bring the classic scent back to all of your product lines, but especially the high-SPF.
I applied this sunscreen to 2 other people, not to myself. I had a terrible allergic reaction in my eyes to this product.
My wife is fair skinned, we latered her shoulders, but none the less she burned in under an hour...
