Love this. Looks great and firs my 55" perfectly
Good and sturdy. It has no problem holding my 55" TV. Good shelve space. Looks good in living room.
This went together fairly quickly, and is proving to be a study and functional stand. I particularly like the space for the sound bar, just be sure to measure first, to see if it fits.
Looks good! Not sure how hard it was put together, as my son did it for me while I was at work. He said it was easy.
This TV stand is really simple to assemble, and fits our sound bar perfectly. WE were looking everywhere for a tv stand with a long enough shelf for the soundbar speaker so this is perfect.
Good unit, construction a bit sketchy toward final assembly. And it should be taller. The middle support on the base should be omitted, otherwise unit will spin like a top.
The stand was not as hard to assemble as I had read in the reviews. It is slightly time consuming due to all the screws. Some tips to help new assemblers: only put in screws to where the threads are covered or you begin to feel resistance. I originally screwed them in too far and they were too short for the lock nuts. Also, panels 5 face the front. The directions are all pictures. The pieces are all numbered, but front and back are not. I was almost finished with assembly when I realized the unfinished sides of panels 6 and 10 were showing due to me placing panels 5 in the back. This will also cause misalignment of your center dividers. Once I corrected this the moon and the stars aligned and all was right with the world. The black veneer is nice looking. My constructive criticism would be they need to include covers for the lock nuts and veneer the bottom of the top and center shelves.
Once it was put together after assembly (which was not easy for me)..it looks good.
The screw holes are in the wrong place and the TV stand cannot be put together according to the enclosed instructions. It is also being sold by Cymax in Walmart's "marketplace" and if you have to return it you have to contact Cymax. It is impossible to reach Cymax- they do not answer their emails or answer their phone. Walmart would accept returns on items bought in the "Marketplace" even if you bought them on their website.
This stand is not designed very well and some of the material is not very good. The boards are connected with screw fasteners that are screwed into plastic hole fittings. The plastic hole fittings make it very easy to over-screw the fasteners but you don't know you've over-screwed until you try to attach a connecting board. When you realize the fastener is over-screwed and you try to back the fastener off a bit, you have now weakened to plastic screw hole fitting and thus weakened the fasteners ability to hold firmly. The fasteners fit into turn-holes that you install into pre-cut holes. These turn hole should line up with the fasteners to lock connecting boards in place but they don't because of the plastic hole fittings that don't allow the fasteners to line up when you attach a connecting board. Also, the metal that the turn-hole are made of is very soft and when you have to apply pressure on your screwdriver to lock a fastener in place the metal tears and gives way to the pressure. This product is not a good design and the material is not very good either.
